The Role

IRL has a strong brand identity and creative direction already in place. What we need now is the person who takes that vision and makes it move — translating it into marketing strategies, cultural programmes, and commercial partnerships that drive real-world growth, token adoption, and revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing activation and partnership development. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder and Brand & Creative Director to turn brand direction into tangible campaigns and programmes — and then go out and find the partners and sponsors who want to be part of them. You will be equally comfortable building a marketing calendar and closing a sponsorship deal.

This is a high-ownership, commercially focused role for someone who is creative enough to understand the culture, strategic enough to build programmes around it, and hungry enough to fund them.
